瘦身食谱:蒜茸苦瓜炒虾仁

原料:苦瓜;虾;大蒜;

调料:盐;料酒;糖;蚝油;花生油;芡汁;

Ingredients: bitter; shrimp; garlic;

Seasoning: Salt; wine; sugar; oyster; peanut oil; sauce;

步骤与做法:
1、苦瓜对半剖开,去瓤,切片;开水中加少量盐,把切好的苦瓜焯水片刻;捞出过凉水,沥干水分备用;
2、虾去头去皮去虾线;大蒜切末;起油锅,油热后,爆香蒜末;
